We love performing at Universities up and down the country; often performing when students first arrive during Freshers’ Week or at their farewell Summer/Graduation Ball. As well as the studying and much documented partying we recognise students undertake a number of important voluntary roles, including the coordination of societies, campaigns and fundraising. Supporting personal development but more importantly the local community and wider society, we take great pride when hearing some of the wonderful achievements driven by students. For the 2015/2016 academic year Silent Social will be offering Students’ Unions the opportunity to receive a contribution of £500 towards their chosen Rag Charity. Simply place your Silent Disco bookings before the 1st October and for each booking made you will receive one entry into the draw. During the first week in October will be asking a member of the NUS team to pull a name out of the hat, the successful Union will receive a cheque of £500 from us to kick start their 2015/2016 RAG fundraising.
